Having being previously ripped off in the morning by someone who couldn't do the job I contacted John at first class. He talked me through the problem and showed me how he was going to fix it (backdoor lock). Gave me a quote before fixing the job which was highly reasonable especially compared with big companies who charge triple the price. He was professional and insisted on shoe covering to protect my carpets! Cleaned my door down after working on it (the previous chap had left it in a bit of a dirty mess)! He then replaced my front door lock as we had lost the keys for this (FREE of charge) A very pleasant man who knows his stuff! Would rather give money to an independent professional like John than pay through the nose for rip off big companies! He was also there in under an hour of calling! He also gaurantees his work letting me know if any future problems were to arise with the locks he's fitted that he would come and repair, only someone confident in their work would gaurantee it.
