John was very fast to reply and get to my place after I posted my job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced my locks, installed latches and fixed some other internal doors. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again and I totally recommend him.

OMG lost both my house and car keys at the weekend. Called and they were at my house within 15 mins and got back into my house within about a hour. Was more difficult to get into the house due to the lock that was on the door, but perseverance and professionalism got me back home. I cannot sing their praises more. Defo recommend highly. I called 1st class solutions due to a front door lock being jammed and they were with me within 10 minutes. They were extremely helpful and so affordable. I couldn’t recommend this company anymore and will definitely use them again if required
