Great quality shower panels , amazing price and fast delivery!

Overall a very good product but the matt white I ordered is a bit too shiny and not very matte in its appearance

Speed of delivery very good but the product that arrived was nothing like the image online. Unfortunately, I didn’t check this until the installation date and at that point it was too late to return as we needed the work to be completed.

I have only received samples at this time I’m still deciding but hopefully will purchase full size panels in jan

I ordered Fibo bathroom panels and they keep lots in stock so have great availability quickly unlike most other suppliers I spoke to that had to order direct from Fibo first before supplying to me. They also do their own delivery so they can make sure it reaches you undamaged and there isn’t risk of damage from being moved between depots and couriers. They were hugely helpful when I needed to get an extra panel and edging when I hadn’t ordered enough. Such helpful and polite staff on the end of the phone and an easy and efficient website to use. Overall highly recommend!

Good place to go good quality & not too far to go just a few txts too many which shop have tried to stop but phoning sorts that out.

The panels arrived with the right ladel on them. Only check the top panel. Sadly the wrong panels in box in the other two boxes. we were on holiday , so the builder put them up. The company send new panels and our builder changes them- good customer service. Twice panels delivery one was damage - but we didn’t not need the bottom. So we cut it off. Saying all this I love them !!!

Brilliant product with top class service.

The product is great, as expected. Speed of delivery was good and the driver was lovely - only issue was with communication (not with the driver at all) - the email telling me the delivery was on its way came at 0830 so I made sure I was home all day but I was at the end of the delivery queue which eventually came the following afternoon. Luckily not too much of a problem for me as I was able to stay home but I imagine it could be very annoying as the delivery was not cheap and the items large so couldn't risk not being there. This is not intended for publication, more a suggestion for something which could do with changing. Otherwise great.

Excellent customer service, great prices

Items delivered quickly as described, substantially cheaper than available locally. My only small gripe would be the delivery process. Probably within 24hrs of ordering I received a tracking email saying my order was on it's way . We were no14. I watched the driver navigate the whole of the country for 3 days before he arrived at our address. We weren't going to be in , fortunately the number for the driver was provided. He was very helpful and left the panels down the side of the house. This was fine for us but for some people leaving £1300 of kerradeco down the side of the house would maybe not be an option.
