My samples arrived very quickly so I chose my preference and ordered them. They arrived within a week, delivered in a very helpful and friendly way, perfectly packaged and in beautiful condition. Having used these previously for a downstairs shower, can't wait to get them in place upstairs.

Everyone has been super friendly and helpful! Delivery was super quick as well. There were a couple of ceiling panels with a wee bit of damage but we were given options on what we could do and it was dealt with really quickly. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family as I can't fault them on anything!

I bought wet wall, I had a problem trying to order it online(my issue) so I phoned in the order on the Sunday 3panels X 2.4m X 1m the required trims and of course the adhesive. To my surprise my order arrived am on the Tuesday. Absolutely superb service, especially from Glasgow to Southampton in less than 48hrs. Anyway the panels and trims are all fitted and all is good. I will definitely order again, next time it will be flooring.

Had to wait a few days for delivery but understandable as the panels where really well wrapped and undamaged. Looks fab on the walls and the wife loves the sparkles

Despite 2 store visits and supplying sizes and followed up with a video showing all requirements I had to pay £32 including delivery charges to complete this job. Slightly unfair but I am happy with the wet wall match to my existing tiles

Such a shame. On 2 attempts at delivering the product they both arrived damaged. The product was well packaged and label said fragile all over it but alas the delivery drivers let you down. First delivery one side was smashed so could not use. Customer services were amazing and offered to send another pack. Second delivery was worse than the first, there was a large hole through 2 panels and the corners were smashed up too. Again can not fault the service from customer service department. Dealt with but shame I could not use the product. Had to go in the bin, what a waste. Have recommended to a friend but watch the delivery........

Ordering was easy and confirmation was sent immediately after order was placed. Delivery was fast and items were in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered 2 Shower Wall Panels, I only used the standard delivery method so they took a few days to arrive but this wasn't a problem. The panels were well packaged and arrived undamaged. Good service from this company, no complaints from me
