Main reason for choosing Wet Wall Works was they use their own delivery driver. Items arrived in perfect condition. The live delivery tracking is the best I've ever experienced. You can see exactly where the driver is in real time.

Although there has been a problem with the products Rupert and Gary have been very helpful in getting it fixed.First class customer service . Hoping when the new product arrive they will be the right one. But they are very attentive with their service

The two samples that I received were poor quality and easily broken in my hand and the marine ply one wasn’t sent and. I refund for it either. Not good service.

Everything went according to plan, just waiting on fitting and all will be well.

I contacted the company several times and found their customer service excellent. The product was delivered on time. The shower panels were slightly expensive but no more than anywhere else and they do look great.

GREAT COMMS AND VERY GOOD PROUDUCT

I ordered some samples of pvc boards, they were just scrap pieces which was a poor way to introduce your company to a new customer. I was also charged for this, I ordered some other samples from other companies, they were free and a more professional representation of the product was supplied.

Ordered some samples and they arrived quickly. Not decided which one yet but service is good re samples

Frustrating that the delivery driver called us on a Saturday evening at 8:30pm to ask to deliver the items in a safe place, he stated he would deliver within a few hours as he was trying to get home to Scotland that evening. We had our items delivered to the garage which he squeezed into and scraped the bottom of two of the panels causing damage to the panels that we are going to have to fix before installing. The panels are lovely and I would definitely buy again from the company as they had a huge range of stock and variety. It was just the delivery that let us down.

Visited the Irvine Showroom .. the guys there are very helpful and patient dealt with all of my enquiries and questions. Happy to help before the sale...Were even more helpful when I went back a week after delivery when we were having some problems with the shower tray.. Nothing to do with their product.. just our house

Really great experience couldn't recommend wetwallworks enough. Ordered wet wall for my en-suite that was unfortunately delayed at the port through no fault of the company. I explained to Roger that I had booked a fitter for the weekend and he instantly went above and beyond to rectify the issue to ensure the wet wall arrived in time. It's been a while since I have felt the urge to leave a review for a company and that's probably because sadly I haven't received this level of customer service in a long time. I've decided to decorate my main bathroom now and will absolutely be back here for my wetwall again. Couldn't recommend this company enough! Thank you Roger!
