Unfortunately had a very experienced at Only Sports recently. We had ordered and fully paid for an order back in October. Absolutely no communication following this l, we called twice to be told someone would call us back. By mid December we still had no word so decided to go back into the shop. We arrived shortly before closing time but still just within their opening time. We were greeted at the door rudely as it was near closing time, we explained we were just enquiring about our order. We were addressed in a verbally aggressive manner. Our order was actually in the store so why weren’t we called. They were happy to take our money but not so quick to hand over our goods. We were then asked to leave the shop and told not to come back. We were out of the shop by closing time so they weren’t kept late so really not sure what warranted the way we were treated. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude and all done in front of my young son.
