I recently purchased a refurbished Yoga Duet for a very good price from it-xchange, unfortunately the item was lost by the courier but I have to commend the support given by it-xchange on the issue. I had one point of contact who was very helpful and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I would have no hesitation purchasing from it-xhange again in the future. Hopefully next time the experience with the courier will be better but I can not fault the support from it-xchange. 5 stars for it-xchange from me.
