I contacted extensive and spoke to colin who spent time with me going over my email problems. He then investigated and fixed our business emails in no time and we were able to be back up and running. The service he provided was second to none and very professional. I now only use extensive if I have any problems or queries and recommend them to anyone else having technical issues.
