My wife had a large clan crest wall plaque (absolutely gorgeous work) handmade by these guys. Anyway it was dropped and the name plate was broken, I contacted scotcrest to see if I could get a replacement. A great guy named Neill got back to me and said he would get one to me , I would only be charged p+p which I was totally fine with. However the company ended up sending it free of charge including an email on how best to replace the old one. What more can be said about that level of customer care and service.
