Extremely rude and unprofessional, Carole is a nasty piece of work and I have never known anybody to be so toxic and unapproachable in my life. Landlords should also avoid, she does not lodge deposits or ensure properties are HMO compliant at all.

The agent carole is rude and often unavailable, the flat needed lots of repairs and upgrading, god help you if you need a repair fixed at the weekend as all you get is to leave a message, repairs were carried out by a handy man who seemed not experienced enough to check the repairs needed, everything took a long time and I had to live in the flat whilst all this was happening, leaks from pipes and windows, doors not locking and alarms going off, no wonder st andrews University has dropped this agency from their recommended agents for students dreadful

Had a great year renting through Premier Let. If I ever had issues with my flat they were very quick to respond and provide as much help as they could. I would highly recommend renting from them as they really make life easy for tenants!
