Placed order on your Black Friday event put products warent available.so I was offered a refund. Can't understand why you'd advertise products in BF Sale event when you didn't have it in stock in any colour.. Faulse advertising

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review You Purchased Two items on Black Friday Sale , one of the items you had Purchased had sold out but due to an error in our system it was still showing "in stock "on our website caused by a problem in our Stock Data Not updating stock, and was Not as you State False Advertising, a member of our team contacted you within 1 Hour of Your purchase to explain the situation and to apologies for this , we offered you an alternative item or a refund you choose to refund your complete order which was processed right away, we feel your Review here is Inaccurate and very Unfair

ordered the part from the website. 24 hours later my order was cancelled and money refunder, no note or email explaining why. I presume it was because it was out of stock. But a little communication would be nice. will not be using their website again as it seems like stock levels are not kept up to date.

Thank you for your feedback , we are disappointed you had a negative experience when you purchased from us , we investigated what happened and the issue was the product was currently showing in stock but unfortiuntly our Wearhouse was unable to find it , this should of triggered an email to let you know however it looks like this didn't happen , were really sorry about this .
