Ordered some lake Malawi cichlids on Monday fish arrived today, very well packed and fish look in great condition and seem to be settling in well, very pleased with my purchase and will return for more fish for sure

I have used this company since lockdown, the fish are always young and healthy, and packed well, and always delivered the day after dispatch. The delivery price is creeping up, which I understand due to rising costs, but it could be cheaper. The only issue I have is that, if you do get an unhealthy fish, you never get a reply. I don’t expect them to send out a single fish, but they could either refund it, or credit my account, for my next order.

First time ordering with this company so was a little hesitant at first. Placed an order for 10 black medaka & choose a date I wished for delivery. What can I say apart from I’m over the moon with my order, great communication & answered any questions I had, arrived very well packaged & on the day I asked for. Huge selling point is the cheap prices so I can’t wait to shop with them again in the future.
