The place to go, I don't live local to Grangemouth but if I have an injury I think nothing of traveling across to visit these guys. A few months ago I had a long term shoulder injury rectified after a few treatments along with some advice passed on by the guys. And only today I had an appointment due to a back injury and I have much more movement and far less pain, thanks Gordon.

I decided to work on my golf over the winter, was put in touch with Tom at ESP by my golf coach. The problem I had was poor back turns my back was very stiff causing me to sway thus not hitting very good. Between massage and exercise I have never movement in my back. I'm enjoying my golf more and my handicap is on the way down thanks Tom.

I have only seen Tom for 3 sessions so far & was actually dreading my first visit. I have a rare syndrome & have been referred to build strength in arm/hand alongside take away tension from my neck & the dead weight, sore shoulder! Previous experience with a different clinic has been poor. However, I have to say that Tom has been great, he has taken an interest and tailored the programme so far to ensure a correct balance & that it’s not overworking the weakness & causing more pain. Session 3 was tough on the neck but loving the taped up shoulder, so much relief this week.
